Event #8: 2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Event

September 4, 2015

September 4, 2015

Together with our friends from LAND studio, we were back at the Rock Hall on Friday September 4, 2015.

Our third annual FREE Cleveland-loving yoga party had some new twists as well as some old faves! Watch the video synopsis below:

It was a warm late August afternoon in CLE. The threat of rain hung over the plaza of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame but still we moved forward with the movement.

Against all odds, the clouds parted, the crowds rose up and this magical practice of breath, movement and intention unfolded right in front of us, as it always does, straight from our hearts.

All 2,000 of us became new again when we listened to the words of CLE City Councilman Joe Cimperman as he shared his experience of beginning his own yoga practice. Joe reminded us that CLE is a city of Makers igniting that spark within each of us that fires both our unique and our collective potential. Watch Joe's speech here.

We laughed, we cried, we hugged, we danced and of course, we down-dogged. All 2,000 of us. We stood together so we can stand apart as a city. We stood together so we can stand proud in our exceptional gifts. We stood together so we can move forward with this movement toward a brighter, lighter and more hopeful future. Rock and Roll revolutionaries wouldn’t have it any other way.
